An integral part of the services provided by our company is the embroidery and printing of your company logo on clothes or ensuring required impregnation of clothes. Below you will find a brief description of most frequently used technologies that our company offers. On placing of an order it is necessary to select a suitable technology, supply a preview of the logo in a digital form, specify the colour design, size and position of the logo. On the basis of this information we will provide you an exact price quotation.
Embroidery
The advantage of this technology is the high durability of embroidered motif, its light fastness, resistance to washing at high temperature and to chemical cleaning, except bleaching and impregnation.
We use the machine with the possibility up to fifteen-color embroidery, creation of 3D embroidery and embroidery of very fine details of the minimum height of 4 mm. Thanks to a special clamping system, we are able to embroider a motif in hard to reach places, such as pockets, sleeves, pants, socks, gloves or boots. Its other indisputable advantage is the embroidery through the seams of the clothing without deterioration of the quality of the embroidery itself. This technology can be used on almost all kinds of materials.
Transfer
It is the use of screen printing principle. The color via using a special screen is transferred on the so called transfer paper and then is applied to the clothes by using a thermal press. The advantage of this technology is the possibility to use a wide range of colors and producing also very fine graphic motif. The transfer is not suitable for knitted and rubberized clothing.
Laser print
The technology in which the logo is digitally transferred on a special carrying foil that is subsequently applied to the clothing with the use of a thermal press. This technology may even be used also to transfer photographs. The ad-vantage is a wide selection of colours and the possibility of printing even very small details. It cannot be applied to fleece and rubberized clothing.
Screen printing
The print technology in which the logo color is pressed through a special screen attached to a frame. The color is absorbed into the material structure and so becomes its part. Then it is fixed via using heat. This technology cannot be applied on fleece, knitwear or winter clothes, baseball caps and doubled materials. The advantage is a wide selection of colours, durability, high resistance against mechanical load.
Cut nylon (flex) and cut flock
The technology of which principle consists in transfer of particular graphic element on the elastic vinyl or flock foil. After cutting and separation of the superfluous parts of the material is the graphic motif transferred on the selected textile with the use of a thermal press. The advantage of the technology is a ridge sharpness and accuracy. It is suitable for small batch production. Unable to produce extremely small logos or letters. This technology cannot be applied to rubberized clothing.
Impregnation
It is a chemical protection of clothing. We offer two types of impregnation – dust-proof and non-flammable. It cannot be applied to winter, knitted, fleece and rubberized clothing.
